Instructors at 18 pilot universities in Germany, France, India, the United Kingdom and the United States now can supplement their curricula with innovative teaching methods and hands-on practice with business process modeling using the on-demand solution specifically developed for small businesses and midsize companies.

For example, Small Manufacturing Businesses (SMB), account for two-thirds of SAP’s installed base, and are likely to feel an SAP skills shortage even more acutely than their larger counterparts. They can’t afford to pay top dollar for in-demand IT skills or hire costly consultants.

Because of this, many thought leaders have analysed that some will try to “accelerate the learning curve internally.

So to address this gap SAP training is introduced as part of many leading courses across globe.

For the recent pilot project, pre-configured and country- specific versions of feature pack 2.5 for SAP business by design are provided to all participating universities.

These universities run a self-enablement check based on the online learning content available within SAP business by design as well as additional material provided SAP University Alliances.

What will be the real benefit out of it?
